The restaurant was reasonably priced for dinner here, I had tasty dishes. The location was incredible, relatively near Palm Cove Beach.

The hotel was well priced. the rooms were brand-new and beautifully presented. - the staff was really helpful. - the property had a lovely location quite close to Village Gallery. - the breakfasts were of great quality.

Well-appointed room, good-sized with coffee table, mini kitchenette plus couch, attentive staff.

The location of this place is amazing, right next to the surf club, and my room was clean, newly renovated, and had a beautiful view.

Had very special stay in this fantastic hotel, the staff were very amiable, location was lovely to Cairns airport. The room itself was well-appointed and brand-new and had nice views of the hills.

This hotel is great value for money, considering the attention to detail and the beautiful seafront location. The staff are friendly, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms have been upgraded with modern bathrooms and have a washing up sink. The balcony and bathtub add a touch of luxury, and the huge king bed ensures a comfortable stay. Plus, the breakfast included is of high quality.

The service of the staff at reception was very good, they were very helpful especially with assisting us in booking tour packages, offering local knowledge and tips. The location was great, still near the beach but also offered the feel of a nature retreat, as well a being accessible to both Cairns City and Port Douglas. Ample parking space.

Our room was serviced daily and towels/toiletries replaced - which is good - but could have done with a bit better cleaning of the bathroom

Kids swimming pool. The size of the mugs in the room was very good. Free internet but it should be longer that 20 minutes.

The TV dose not have digital channels yet. This was a surprised as they have been around for some time now. The terrace on the ground floor was not well maintained.

Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent location, short stroll to beach. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice pool and poolside cafe. Appealing and pretty resort. Great for families. Short walk to town.

The pool was lovely and the beds in the rooms were very comfortable!

Lack of wifi, and the wifi that was available was extremely expensive! Also the room lacked any bowls for cereal if you wanted to provide your own breakfast. There is a fridge and sink but hardly any reason to use them.

The staff here found and returned my forgotten jewellery on my first stay! With Free Wi-Fi, Car park, Outdoor pool, Air con, Airport shuttle. Next stop: New Year's!

Location was perfect, close to the beach and local amenities. The pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax in. The staff were friendly and helpful with any queries we had.

The room was not cleaned regularly and sheets were not changed during our stay. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and we both woke up with back pain.
